Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 14, 2026. Workbridge ("we") provides bilingual video production and social publishing services for local businesses.

Information we collect

• Media you provide: photos, video clips, and business descriptions you send us for video production.
• Voice samples: only with your explicit, recorded consent, we collect voice recordings to create a synthetic voice used solely for narrating your own videos. Consent records are retained.
• Social account authorizations: when you connect Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or YouTube, we receive OAuth tokens scoped to content publishing. We never receive or store your passwords. You can revoke access at any time from the respective platform's settings.
• Contact information: name, phone/WeChat, and email used to deliver our service.

How we use it

• To produce bilingual videos from your material and publish them to accounts you authorize;
• To report publishing results back to you;
• We do not sell your data, use your media to train models for other customers, or share your information with third parties except the platforms you explicitly authorize (Meta, TikTok, Google) and our processing vendors (speech synthesis, transcription) bound to service delivery.

Data retention

Source media and generated videos are retained while your account is active to support re-editing and reporting. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and deleted upon disconnection or account closure.

Data deletion

To delete your data — including media, generated videos, voice models, and OAuth tokens — email miaomartha@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion". We will complete deletion within 30 days and confirm in writing. Disconnecting the app from your Facebook/Instagram/TikTok/Google settings immediately revokes our publishing access.
